Yes or No? Right Or Wrong?

In everyones life, what do you think each and everyone of us wanted? OR have you ever wonder what are the most important elements for us as human being to stay alive or success? AND with that all, is that really a benchmarking to evaluate someone is successfull, right and wrong?

Among us, some treat that work is the most important things in life to keep them survive. Without a career, there won't be life. This kind of people, they do have lots of initiative to keep on and on and on diving their lives to a job. They really can perform and colleagues around might envy with his or her capabilities. Well it's all their hardwork to achieve that. But for those that having the envious or sometime jealous feeling towards this capable person, are you willing to give up most of your free time to learn more ? Hmmm .. this is the point ... if your answer is 'NO', you know the results ...

Coming back to these people who most of everyone will salute him at work, don't you think they might be missing a lot in their life? They might not have much of friends around him or her. Why? ... As they put too much time on their work, they neglected the people around them. Also the world outside is very little known to them. Do you think they are happy with it? From an outsider point of view, we might say 'Yes' or a 'No' .. Well we are not them. How are we going to know the answer. We are giving the answer or a judgement on behalf based on what we think we have wanted for our life. So a Yes or a No, Right or Wrong, no one knows.

Some, will just did very well in the work they are doing now but they do not intend to climb up high in the corporate ladder. Those with the higher ambitious and craze for power, they'll do anything to allow themselves to climb up high or want themselves to be notice by the higher management. In this path, a lot of ugly things will happens. The unlucky ones, might end up pitifully being used as a stepping stones. And as the people around, gossiping starts. There might be news that the lady/guy slept with her/his boss that makes them powerful in the office and so on. BUT how true is that? Does anyone really sees that person on the bed fucking their bosses? Well if they really do, do you think it is wrong? As a human being, we being granted with emotions, love and lust. So what they did, is just to satisfy their sexual needs or lust. Nothing wrong with it. No one can force if either one of them object when the courting game starts.

And these power crazed being, might sacrifice people around them to climb up high, do you think they are wrong? Most all of us will say they are Wrong and shouldn't do that. But from the person him or herself, they are not wrong. They are just doing things that they are suppose to do for them to achieve. What and why they should have bother about other peoples opinion or comments on them? For those that don't agree on what i've said, let me ask you a question, if you see someone being robbed or bullied at the street, will you go over and help? i am sure you don't even bother as you might say to yourself, it's not your problem and why you want to get yourself into trouble. Well that's my point, everything that a person do, is not other people's business. So what is the problem for a person to behave the way they are? This doesn't meant that i agree some killing or robbing or raping or bullying is right things to do. But i must say that there must be a some reasons behind. They might facing some stress or mentally illed. So at the end, when somethings happens, there is a Right side of it and also the Wrong side of it.

For me, i does hope and envy those backpackers life that they can travel around and need not to work their ass out. But then it came back to a question whether do i willing to give up everything that a backpacker does? They might be selling off all their properties to achieve their travelling dreams as well as they don't have a career of their own .. There's no definite answer for me, it could be a YES, but it could be a NO too ..

Well, some older generation might be thinking what a stupid act and loser you are without those things in your life. For these folks, money is very important, no money you are poor, no money you are a loser. Are they right about that ? Well, no doubt these backpackers are poor BUT that is just a matter of monetory terms. In fact the more you travel, the richer you are in terms of knowledge WHICH money CAN'T buy.

So at the end, i think there is no definite answer to a YES or NO, Right or Wrong. We are using it to help us get sort of majority agreement or disagreement to make oneself felt better i guess .... But in every matter that happens, there might be a union in it... Hard to say...that's why in this content, you might think i am wrong and you are right, or even i might be right also ... ha ha ha ... go figure out on your own...

NOTES : The above is just my own thoughts ...

Frustration Strikes Again!

Was so frustrated yesterday. Thought of having a nice time with her shopping around to survey for whatever things either for our new home or what so ever. Knowing that she sure having problems walking on her high heels, purposely brought her to a shoe shop to get a comfortable shoes.

Planned to go and shop around at those furniture shops that sells nice clock and also furniture after she chose her new pair of shoes. At the shoe shop, she not able to find her shoes. And then she lost her mood. Damn! i am so pissed and fed up.

In the car, she told me have to be consideradable. Well how can i not considerate enough? this is not the first time. It happens so many times. Either it is her heels problem or she's feeling tired after shop for a while. Sometime when i talked to the sales person, she also lost her mood and then begin with her sleepy mood.

Imagine that you with the high spirit and trying to spend a good time with your other half. With all those happens, that is really 'Potong Steam' ! ... Frankly, i felt much happier shopping and hang around surfing at starbucks alone now ...

My Day

(NOTE: Wrote the post on the 17th Sept 09)....

I am older another year today. All these while, there's not much of people will remember my birthday. Even my close school friends also doesn't remember. Maybe i am not a popular kid. Out from the 32 years of my life, i guess this year i got most of the wishes and guess how they knew? From Facebook. Appreciate all the nice words and wishes they've sent to me. Don't know the wishes will come true or not but it is nice to read it.

While writing this post, a lot of the past events pops up in my mind. So decided just to write down some of the things which i've done or achieved for my year 2008 until to date. Hmmm...The biggest event for me in 2008 was my wedding which falls on the 7th September. Thanks a lot to my friends who really drove all the way to Ipoh to attend my wedding. Of course not to forget my Uncles,Aunties, cousin sisters and brothers, thanks again to be there to support me when i needs someone i called family to be there to give me a lift and to witness the big day of my life. This is something money can't buy. Another happy thing is that there is one unusual guest that attend my wedding. Guess WHO? ... ha ha .. Haan ...thanks a lot. I got to know that all these years of her life, she never attends her friends wedding. But she took the effort to get MC and follow me to Ipoh for my wedding. It was just a simple wedding night, no grand and fancy stuff. Is the support from all of you that that brighten up the whole event.

Remembered the first time i get up close with a DSLR was during my trip to Cambodia with the gang in March 2008. Jamie brought her DSLR, 350D, and i got the chance to play around with it for a while. And then got to know Haan as well owned a D40 during my trip to Sg. Lembing. The bugs really bites hearing the shutter sounds and the photo outcome from a DSLR. So finally got my Finance Minister to approved the budget, i pulled Haan together to Low Yat Plaza and bought myself a D80 for my last year birthday.

My D80 was in full blast mode during my backpack trip together with Ivy (my wife), Haan and Wyng. First time saw Wyng at the airport, she's like very cool type. So i also act cool. She just arrived from Singapore at LCCT to fly together to Hanoi. After a while, maybe after we've warmed up already, HEH!, all the real characters emerged from our innerself. Ha ha ha .. and the fun began... Met with Huong in Hanoi. A pretty and nice girl who brought us around the places as well as good and cheap food. Also not to forget Binh. A talkative and sometime really irritating but a generous and nice guy. We spent our Christmas and New Year there. Unbelievable thing was we spent our Christmas eve in a jerky train cabin rather than in a pub or club.

In year 2009, spent a few months in India for work purposes. First time handling India project so I do have some culture shock working with those Indian over there. For those that been worked there, you'll know why their country is still not as developed with the huge amount of headcounts .. ha ha ... Anyway, quite happy over there together with the whole project team. The work might be very tedious and tiring but we always able to find something to entertain ourselves either by throwing out some dirty jokes or what so ever.

Once came back from India, I flew to China. This trip is not for me. I brought my grandma and my aunt back to Hainan island to visit our relatives there. Got the chance to interact with most of them. They were really happy to see us going back there. My grandma's last visit there was when i was very young. Can't remember the year. I knew she missed her born place very much and due to now a days her walking capability is not convenient, she didn't ask or talk about how much she missed her Kampung. Since now the air ticket is fairly cheap, i took this opportunity to bring her back.

After that trip, i flew back to India again for about a month and then without delaying, i took my diving license and pass the exam. Ivy and Haan joined me in Redang. They were there to take their Advance Open Water. The funny thing is that these 2 girls, Haan, her last dive was 1 year ago. That was when she dive to qualify for the Open water license and Ivy, her last dive was in February where she did her Open Water in Sipadan, they were excited but then they looked a bit pale when reached Redang. ha ha ha .. They are actually worried they can't handle it. These 2 girls usually banyak cakap and a bit cocky one. But on that day, i felt they have sort of chill feeling from their inner heart ....ha ha ... Anyway, they are able to complete the course. As for me, me and one pretty girl, Kimberly, planning to do Advance Water once after my Open Water qualifying. (Haih) ... sad case. Both of us not able to do so. She's having severe headache due to the equalization problem and me, having problem with my sinus. I felt the pain in my forehead when i am under water and then lots of blood came out from my nose when i am at surface and not able to leisure dive the next day due to the sinus caused me pain when i was in the water for about 3 meters. Have to emerged back to the surface and stay on the boat waiting for the others. So our instructor stopped us from proceeding to the Advance Water dive.

While i was writing this, i am actually preparing for my birthday lunch with my colleagues. Who will ever know that i got a birthday present. It's a support issues from the patching done early morning by the engineers. Luckily this was not known by customer. With the fast action from the developer, we solved it on the spot without the client knowing. hehehe ... but then, my birthday lunch has been cancelled.

There aren't any backpack tripped being arranged this year. In fact there are but then has been cancelled due to our tight work schedule. Anyhow, there will be a trip to China, Tang shan, to attend my colleague's wedding. So will take this opportunity to backpack a bit in Beijing.

Oh yah, also not to forget about getting keys for my new house. 2 years passed with a blink of an eye. Finally got my house keys and now me and Ivy, having some headache comparing and choosing contractors. We have to cut here and there to reduce the renovation costs. (Haih)..what to do, safe costs mah ...In fact, i've booked for my sofa which cost about RM xx,xxx. ha ha .. Also placed deposit for my walk-in wardrobe (which i felt like a bit more on the expensive side.. so will continue survey other hopefully to find a cheaper one)...Hope that able to move in by end of this year and celebrate my Christmas at my new house. Haan told me that when i moved in, she'll wants to sleep on my sofa. Now the 'next time', i don't know when will it be. She chose her path to moved on to New Zealand and the return date is unknown. Now i have less one person to chit chat with in office. Ivy was actually missing her so much and indeed she cried last night. Maybe both of them are really close to a level i didnt know. Well, sure i am going to missed her a lot too but not until that crying level ... Maybe because I am someone Haan "Hates" a lot, so i also dont want to missed her too much until cry cry loh ... ngeh ngeh ngeh ngeh ....

One thing that really makes me angry and heartbroken. It was my dog Phoebe. I let someone to adopt her but because of this stupid new owner doesn't take any precaution measure, she ran out and lost within 2 hours reaching the new house. I rushed all the way to Klang to searh for her but still can't find her any where. I am still angry with the fat bitch and everytime i think about it again, my heart felt uncomfortable. I felt so sad and cried.

Hmmm, well i guess that's more or less about what have I done and happening around me. People and things comes and go. Expected became Unexpected, unexpected might just happens. why i say this? well, like my wedding, all my schoolmate friends, no one take it serious when i invite them to my wedding in Ipoh, and those friend which i got to know not really long, they all showed up. Someone who don't usually attend other people's wedding, also showed up. Also never expect that Haan will leave the company so fast as well. I guess that's called life.

Again, thanks for all the support (especially to my wife) that you all has given to me. No matter which part of the world you are and what are you doing, ALL DA BEST & Enjoy your life, to ensure we do not felt regret when we were old.

What Am I Doing? What I Want To Do?

Hmmm, ok .. the title explain very much what i wanted to write.
2 weeks over here is just plain working. Really don't know what happen to me. I got no mood to explore at all this time. I keep having a feeling there's nothing here around town. Been googling on some destination in West Bengal here. It's nice to go but then it will need a long way train ride and need to spend a few days to a week time to explore. So this itinerary will not workable for weekend getaway.

Just read Haan's blog today and saw all the photos she put up, really missed those days and seeing her photos makes me want to shoot photos again. ha ha ...

Stranded every day in the same server room. Sitting in the cold room, really makes me sick. Planned to work from hotel on Monday.

Oh yah, i've been working on publishing and improving my own website. Well took me awhile to design it in Photoshop and then use Dreamweaver to complete the task. Started to do it since back in Malaysia. Then publish it. To publish it also took me a while to figure out.
Now i am working on my own forum to be embeded into my website. Encounter lots of problems at first. Finally able to sort it out.

Manage to see the layout and do the configurations. Then there is a slight problem which i spent time in troubleshooting it. Only god knows, now i am not able to log in .. really dont know what happen. Able to get to the forum page though but when login, it shows some error page. Wondering whether is it my problem or the server problems. (sigh) ...

I've wanted to take my diving course earlier but not able to do so because of this project. Well when can i take my dive license? The diving season has start and will end very soon. Really got to make time when i am back to Malaysia to complete my plan so that i can dive together with my wife and Haan.

Then, this year i think there won't be any backpack for me maybe. Might be spending some time touring in the country. Can't leave without travelling. Maybe spend the rest half of the year for more diving, diving and diving maybe.

Ok .. i think it's time for me to shut down the notebook now and the watch some movie until i am asleep ....

I Knew What I Did For The Past Few Weeks.

Hi All. I am back in India again. In Kolkata now.

Been in india for about 2 months since March and then went back to Malaysia for about 3 weeks.Within that 3 weeks, what i've done?

Firstly, took an assignment cum pratice in wedding photoshoot. (haih), it was a total dissapoinment.
Not even up to my own standard. So i decided taking actual day's wedding photos is not my cup of tea.

Secondly, took a week off and rought my grandma back to her born place.Didn't go anywhere during my visit in China except visiting all the relatives and being bitten by some invisible mosquitoes. More than 100 bites for both of my legs.

Luckily the itchiness was not as bad as the time i kena while my Pinaccles hiking. Anyway, this trip was not made for me either. Is for my grandmother. As long she's happy then i am happy. One thing i not happy is the service of Air Asia. Totally NOT disabled friendly at all. (haih), no mood to write about it at all. Just forget it.

Thirdly, took another assignment to shoot Yoga photos. Ermm, at least there's some nice photos. In this photo shooting session, here came a big fat ass malay lady. She was the so called art director for the photo session. Well, why is there art director?. Because the photo i am shooting suppose to be use for the brochure of the Yoga centre and she is the one to in-charge for the brochure. They've chose the Lake Garden as the shooting location. This is fine. Then this lady, chose the same green tree background.

(haih), sien like that. There is lotus pond there and a nice big water fountain which she didn't ever used it as background. This is either she's too fat and lazy to walk there or she is with the plain narrow Malay taste of photo sense. I will arrange another day with the gang to shoot what i've wanted.

Well all those things has been accomplished in 3 weeks time. And now here i am sitting here in my sick body, no mood to work and writing blog updates.Suppose to fly back this weekend but that is just a Mission Imppossible.

I do brought my camera along to India with me but i didn't shoot any photo at all.

New Addition To The Family

(This post is rather long. So be prepare if you wanna read it)

Been in India for almost 2 months now. Well, so far our works consider smooth. Eventhough been quite busy here, I am still able to chat about my favourite, Dog Show.Ha ha ha ... My new dogs will be coming around in September 09. Can't wait to see these 2 wonderful babies. Yah, you are right, me and Chia are stepping our feet back again to the show ring. It's a political world out there but as usual both of us will definitely avoid these kind of thing.
After so many years leaving this hobby, we thought that we would never get involved in it again. Now both of us can't wait for the moment to come.

Jamie

Thanks to Carol Dry of RisingStar Minpins from Washington who allow us to own her wonderful dogs, Tina and Jamie. I think this is really faith. From the first day Carol put up the litter photos from Jenna and Billy, the first pup that came into my favourite was Jamie.

See how good is his movement

I've been dreaming wild how good if i am able to own him. He has the naughty type of face and looks like having a yappy characters. Well i am not sure whether i am right or not as that's all from my interpretation from looking at the photo. This is because i have a show dog which looks like that when she was young, yappy, fearless and showy. I kept checking Carol's web to see this small little pup grows and i never, never changed my thought of him.

I do talk to Chia about this boy via email only (because i am working in India at the moment and hardly gets to see each other online on MSN).He also like this boy as much as i did.

One thing i never expected was Chia talked to Carol and with his sincerity, Carol granted the permission to own this nice boy. Not only that, Carol blessed us with another of her wonderful bitch, Tina, which Carol has a very high hope on Tina and will be shown in National Specialties this coming May 09.

Tina

Then one day, Chia called me all the way from Malaysia to tell me this news. He said he is bringing in Jamie and Tina. I were so happy for him (Yes, i am happy for him even though i got nothing to do with them...yet)... Then he said this is a surprise for me and he would never forget and left me behind and ask me to co-own. In a split second without waiting for him to complete his sentence, i said 'YES, I DO' ... ha ha .. It sounds so GAY isn't it? No. it is not at all. ha ha ha.

Yeahhh Tina Baby...

We are really good friends...I really doesn't know how to payback him on all those things he did to help me during the worst fall of my life. Something that money can't buy, a sincere heart to help as a friend. This has lead our friendship to another greater level. I really appreciate for all the things that he has done and that really contributes to what i have today. Both of us love and treats our dogs really good. No matter it is a show dog or pet dog we have, all of them being treated equally. We also have the same goal and vision in this breed. So i guess that's also part of it that makes our friendship bond as well.

Summer enjoying her raw hide

The news of we getting dogs has spread really fast. Well i guess that's pretty normal. I think those 2 pups we are getting in could be a BIG threats to their dogs. They will come to you and ask this and that as well as the price of our dogs. What the heck it got to do with you man? As usual i don't say anything. I am very becareful when talking to this kind of people. I don't have a trust in them.

Frankly i never fancy of the dog they brought in because most of it lack of what a minpin should have. No doubt it has nice pedigree and some does have compact structure but then so what is the big deal? This all meant nothing to me when the whole package is not there. I also don't understand why some people these days showing a minpin which i would categorized it as a pet quality and yet wanted to deny the truth that is not a show dog. Of course i will not confront them. Non of my business also, just that i feel it doesn't bring any good to the breed itself and in fact they are making their own reputation bad.

Having some fun here ...

Well i better stops gossiping about other people's dogs..ha ha .. anyway there's no right or wrong also if i were to gossip but the baseline, do it with someone you would trust only and indeed this is where we could improve and able to produce better and distinctive quality dogs.

What I See in Kolkata?

After our rest, we took the cab and headed to our site. The traffic is really heavy than in Pune. When came out from our hotel, wualah .. the Indian Musuem just around the corner and New Market is also nearby ...So me and Loo already planned where to go.. ha ha ...

Nothing much to describe about Kolkata. Well it's a city packed with humans. Ha ha ...

One thing i spotted different here is that at least they have a so called proper place for the people to pee.. Yes..they like to pee anywhere they like..

A Pee Site ...

So when we reach at the site, to my surprise, once i open the door, i smell something burnt, and i saw there are people doing soldering job for the air cond piping. What a scene. A switch room which is not ready but then urge us to do installation ... Doesn't matter, as long as we got our things ready.

Still remember that i told you our business partner treat us really good. Well during lunch, we went to 'Oh Calcutta'. A fine dining restaurants which served Bengali food. It is niceeee... Well i didn't snap much of the pictures of the food as i am busy eating the food. ha ha ..

Most important, both me and loo need not to fork out any money for our food..All paid. Aren't we enjoy our life here ???

Hotel Story

We reached at our hotel around 1 pm. Well both of us are quite tired. Woke up at 4am and reach Kolkata in the noon. When we reached at the hotel, to our surprise our name was not in the booking list. (haih) .. then ask the reception to call to our partner to confirm that again. Finally they settled everything for us.

Lytton Hotel

Then told us breakfast is included but not dinner. Damn, previously i got the partner's email saying that the breakfast and dinner is included. No energy to argue so much. If the dinner really included, it will be a surplus to us. (Our partner treat us too good)...

Went to our room immediately thinking to take a rest and bath before go on-site. Once we settled ourselves on the bed, we got bitten by bed bugs i think. Me not that serious. Then immediately the air-cond pulak rosak.

View from the air-cond hole of our room

Haih .. call to change our room. But they try their best not to arrange for the room change. They sent their maintenance guys to fix the air cond and the housekeeping to change the bed sheet .. and ... spray some bug repellent (i think) ...

We gave some tips to the house keeping guy as he walk up and down and try hard to serve you. We knew what he wanted ... So we just sent him away with Rs 50 ... By the time we settled down again, damn, here you go another guy came bring a flask of water and teach us how to use the remote, this and that .. stupid .. want money again .. i just sent him away without giving him anything .. Quickly locked our doors and take our rest and boost the air condition... he he ...

(Pssst... then while i were in the shower, the reception called up and told us our dinner is included ..hehe ... order what ever you want from the menu)

Kolkata

I've been 'ketagih' for few days. Ketagih of internet. Me and Loo flew to Kolkata since Thursday. From that day, there's no internet connection on-site as well as in the hotel we are staying. Well this is indeed good also, ha ha .. no need to bother looking and replying emails ..

We'll need to pay for the internet connection. It costs Rs 240 for 12 hours. The worse is that it will be valid for 12 hours from them moment we logged on. It will be not worth it if we were to subscribed it as we probably will use it for an hour only at night after our tiring day.

Kolkata or the former name Calcuta, is a much more developed place than in Pune. The humidity is about 65% - 70% with 30 -33 degrees . This is way much better than in Pune. In Pune, humidity is only 15% with 39-40 degrees celcius. When reach in Kolkata, i feel much more comfortable. And the place here is really happening. Needless to say about the amount of people, but you'll see lots of things being sold along the way. Well Kolkata is known as City of Joy.

Since it was conquered by the British before, so you will find very English type of buildings with a touch of India. The clothes boutique, British East India, this is the place where i am now, Kolkata ....

Life in Pune ...

This week was a boring week for me. Planned to go paragliding but then didn't make it. Got to wake up really early in the morning and with the super duper hot and dry weather, all these really makes me back off with my plan.

Didn't go anywhere except to spend times in the bookstores. Yah, Landmark again. Spent few hours there read books without paying. Such a cheapo...When i were leaving the place, those street beggars came and begs at me and ideed touched me. YUKES !!! .... As soon i got back, i removed my shirt and jeans and asked the caretaker to washed it...

I've been leaving my camera in the apartment and i got no mood at all to take photos over here. I think i've went to most of the place in Pune and nothing much that i could shoot anymore.

I've been on a vegetables diet for this whole week. It's so damn hard to find green leafy vegetables. The other day bought a brinjal and ask the caretaker to cook it. The most i like from the vege menu of his is the mushrooms. The rest are so so.

Well probably i am bored seeing too much of same skin color which not attractive at all. I tried to find if there's any fashion show going around in Pune. Too bad there was one in Delhi.

As for work wise, now pending only on the network equipments delivery. The delay was due to there is some monetory issues. Awaiting for the commercial team to settle it. Last Friday, the commercial lady told me it has been settled and as today i checked, there are still issues.Haih .. All this really fucked up. So i can't take it anymore and wrote an email to escalate directly to steering committee. I used bold red font. Well i think it's not that right for me to do that BUT i am a PM, well it's my job to let them know that is a critical issues and if it doesn't resolve soon, it is going to dragged the whole project schedule.

Well when i am back to Malaysia, i'll want to participate in a portraiture workshop if there's any. Or i will setup one by myself. Who wants to be my model? Let me know yah ...

Weekend Check Out ...

As per planned, we all went to shopping in Laxmi road. This place is like Petaling Street which we have back in Malaysia. It is bigger than Petaling Street.

You can get lots of stuff here in Laxmi Road. The important thing is, it is cheap. Shopping around here is fairly easy. They have dedicated sections for all the stuff such as one section for clothes, another one for shoes, bags, books and etc.

We surveyed the place first when we reached. We saw a row of bookstore and i managed to get a book. Then we proceed to hunt for sarees. Ha ha .. We were surprise to found the sarees there is way much cheaper ... It's only Rs 180 ..darn cheap. Of course the quality is only so so ..
See the price, you'll know how good it is already. Well doesn't matter, we just buy it as a souvenier. We end up with 6 Sarees an few books... hehehe ...

Then we head to Hard Rock Cafe to buy shot glass .. The environment there as usual very nice and right next to it, there is a swimming pool swarmed by 'Ang Moh' .. And i found something there. MASSAGE by the pool side .. Will go there again for massage. Sure no hanky panky since it is open area. ha ha ..

We felt tired after that and went back to guesthouse to rest. Later at night we took a Tuk Tuk out to SOHO for dinner. A nice place to dine. We ordered some soup, main course consists of Lamb, Chicken and Fish(Indian food) and a pitcher of beer. I can't finish my portion of food.
Gosshh .. i am super full since the lunch i took...

So today, i told the caretaker to cook all vege dishes for our dinner tonight. NO MEAT! ... i ate meat until i am afraid of it .. Yes i am a karnivor, but here, the mammals are extreme on the meat they consumed and the portion they can offer to you ...

Picture coming soon

Once Upon A Time

I was digging some of my files in the notebook. Then i found some old pictures taken with my dogs. Looking back at it, i really missed them especially Prince and Coco. I sent Prince to Canada and Coco to a home in Melaka. The last i heard of Coco was that she went missing. I were so sad to heard the news.

Coco. My first Miniature Pinscher

As for Prince, i think he enjoy very much running in a big enclosure. Well you know, those kuai lou have big land. Hope he's doing fine with whoever he with now.

Young Prince

I missed those days where me and Chia in the show ring competiting our dog with others. We used to be very active in dog show. We do crazy things like wake up in the middle of the nights and drove all the way to Penang and straight enter the show ring without any sleep, chat about dogs till really late night and bring our dogs out frequently to socialized them.

Fah. Thai & Mal Champion

At that time, we are showing 2 bitches, Summer and Fah. Both of them really made us proud. Especially Summer, Chia has spent a lot of efforts to train her from young. She beat most of the min pins in the show ring. We've been offered with quite a number of people to buy Summer with a good amount of money. But we just rejected them. Are we stupid or what? No. We loved animals very much. They are like our own baby. We don't want them to falls into a hand that people used to breed and make money.

Summer with Me

Anyway, we are low profile type. We don't go and make issues or get involved in politics. Dog show world is very small and sensitives. Even though we didn't go and create problems, people will create problems with us. We just ignore and let them be. DOn't want to spend energy in this kind of non-sense thing. We are just into the dog show games for the sake of our hobby.

Kopper with Me

Then it came Prince. He is Summer's son. He made us proud as well. A little bit of naughty (due to i pampered him too much) but perform well in show ring. After a few years of showing, Chia had his first baby. We slow down a lot and slowly quit the game. Of course we still have the dogs with us.

Gathering my team..hahaha ...1st pic (Left to Right) Summer, Prince, Coco, Fah, Xena and Kopper

Now and then, we still chat about it. And sometimes browsing the breeders web sites makes our hand really itchy and our brain gone crazy. ha ha ..

Landmark Bookstore

After lunch today, we went for shopping. Yes, we went to shop for books. Heard that the book in the bookstore here is cheap.

Before lunch, KS was busy googling the map where to find bookstore nearby. So after we finished our meal, I told Mark (sort of our partner) that we are going to search for bookstore. Well he tagged along and told us he saw a bookstore nearby. So he brought us there. The bookstore is the 2nd largest in India, it's called LandMark. So we browsed through the books. KS was looking around for all the books that TT asked him to buy.

Hi Hi ...

While i were browsing thru the books and magazines, saw 2 categories which really caught my attention. 'Kamasutra' & 'Erotica', which i really like a lot. ha ha ... So straight away i dart to that sections and flip thru few books under the Erotica category. Those books are really interesting. I'll go back there and buy as my collection and also to gain 'MORE KNOWlEDGE'. I already have a copy of "Kamasutra" at home so i don't bother to see it.

I didn't buy any books but the rest of them got themselves a copy of two. While waiting for them to pay at the counter, i walked out at took few shots. There are quite a numbers of beggar outside. So i saw a lady was sitting there, i quickly snap snap .. she turned her face and saw me taking photos. She stand up and came towards me. Without waiting for more than a second, straight away i walked back into the bookstore. ha ha ..

After they paid, we return to customer's site and then spent about 2 hours there before we came home. I've asked the taxi to come and pick us up tomorrow for our clothes hunting. Ciao!

Boring Day

Someone has complaint to me that i didn't update my blog for this week. She keep logging in and there's nothing new and this has dissapointed her. So i better write something now or else i will loose my one and only reader. ha ha

It's another Saturday, I've been here in India for 2 weeks.
Pretty boring today, came to site waiting for the IPs and power source which took them for ever to provide it to us. So you may wondering what am I doing here? Well chatting, browsing and talk non-sense loh ..

Well i guess i am not the only one who is not in the mood of working... hehe ... That is why we can talk non-sense to each other. Well today the caretaker prepared some bread and ommelete for our breakfast. I took only a few as it's not to my liking. The white bread here is not as nice as those back in Malaysia. I've been searching for whole week where i should go for a good massage. My body really aching. Maybe because of the sitting posture is incorrect which makes me feel really uncomfortable.

At
the same time, i am thinking where shall i go tomorrow. I might be suggesting to Loo that we should go to Laxmi Road. I believe we can get something relatively cheap over there. Heard that this place is really cramped. But i believe it's a nice place to take photos too.

Ok folks. It's now time for lunch. I am bugging them to make a move fast as today i am very hungry. Need to walk under the hot sun to take our lunch at the same old place, Blue Nile restaurant.

Day Tour in Pune

We finally reached our target yesterday to complete all the major works. Left over now only some fine-tuning here and there. So me, Loo and KS went out to romp around in Pune city's attractions.

I planned out the few places where we wanted to go. Aga Khan Palace, Shaniwar Waada, Katraj Snake Park, Parvati Hills, Pateshwalar Caves, Osho Ashram and
shopping in Laxmi Road. The driver told us Laxmi Road is very congested area and we cancel the idea going there.

First destination was the Agha Khan Palace. Very near to the place we were staying. As a foreigner in India, we'll need to pay Rs 100 which is about RM 8 to enter the palace. Each of the rooms displayed some history and footsteps of Gandhi. There are few floors in the palace but only the ground floor being open up for
visitors. One thing we found is that the conservation of the left over such as clothes, some scriptures and photos were not properly taken care off. Such a pity scene. Those things are such valuables and should take good care of it so that the next generations will have the chance to see it as well. The tour in the palace was a short one. Nothing much in there.

The Palace

Then we proceed to Osho Ashrams. Sadly, when we were there we are not allow to take photos, not allow to enter to any of their buildings. From outside, it
looks really a serene place. This is a place where a lot of foreigners comes for in-depth learning of yoga and also meditation. We proceed to the visitors' counter, with a minimal fees of Rs 10, they'll take us on a short tour in Osho Ashram and introduction on their courses. Too bad, they only allow certain numbers of people per day and need to make 1 day advance booking. There will be 2 daily tours at 11am and 2pm. Anyhow, we will go back to this place again next weekend. We saw those people are wearing maroon robes which is very nice.. Me and Loo will buy 1 each.

The next destination, the Shaniwar Waada. Nothing much there as well, quite dissapointed. Paid Rs 100 to enter this fort. (Haih) ..boring place. Went in
there and the only thing we saw is a big garden. Spent less than half an hour and we move on to Parvati Hill.

Walking Up Parvati Hill

This time, KS said he will wait for me and Loo. He doesn't want to go up with us. He's afraid of the heat. So me and Loo proceed walking up to the hill top. In total there were 108 steps up. My goodness, with the heat, i dehydrated so fast and i breath really heavily and felt a bit of dizzy. Almost blackout. ha ha ... I think i am the abnormal one, Loo is ok .. Once reach to the top, luckily there was a small shop selling water ... Oh yah .. on the way up, there is a stinky dung smells, that makes me almost throw out and my dizziness got worst. After a few snap shot, we walked down again.

Really exhausted that time. Told the driver we cancel the idea of the rest of the place. Just bring us to shopping and we wanted to have our lunch in a shopping mall. The driver drove us to few of the shops but we didn't buy anything. The price tag are quite expensive for sari. Well i think we will really needs to go to those market area where the items are cheaper and bargaining power is higher. Laxmi Road or Fashion street is somewhere we need to shop to get cheap stuff rather than those shops meant for up-market people in India.

We finally took our lunch in Mc Donald. They don't have Beef burgers so Big Mac is not in their menu. We go for a similar items which is the Chicken Maharaja. It taste ok with the punch of Indian massala. Not too bad. After lunch we stroll around in the mall for a while to see what we can buy. Surveyed the Saris in the mall as well but then we still consider it is expensive. We then proceed back to our guesthouse and then take a rest. Now is 1.20 am India time, feeling tired and need to sleep already .. Ciao !

Chicken Maharaja

Oh yah, about the Saris, most to the shops are trying to sells us about USD 70-80. Forget about it ....

Saturday..A Working Day For Us

Saturday. Supposingly planned for a muck around town with the team. But too bad our work has not completed yesterday. We targeted to complete our end first at least we are prepare for any unexpected things from the top management. As usual today reach to BSNL switch room and starts our work. After about half an hour, there's power surge again. So now is kinda romantic ..hehe .. kind of cozy here except for the chair i am sitting. Really not comfortable. Need some massage..hehe ..

This is where we work

Before going on-site, my first things to do once wake up is to open up my notebook and start composing my daily EOD updates for my superior and also the
steering commitee. Sometimes i will crack my head in what word to use so that i look professional. Ha ha . But who cares, just write it in my own way. I tried to send out this updates daily by the end of day before i go back to the guesthouse but always failed. Nevermind, as long as i send something, they will be happy.

The security in the switch room here is very loose. They didn't control who is accessing the switch room. Whoever wants to access just go ahead. Secondly,
they didn't bother as well who is the one that access to the building. So anything could happens anytime.

People keep telling that we are having a life like a King here because got caretaker to cook breakfast, partner paid our lunch most of the time, and dinner has been taken care off by caretaker as well. Me and Loo both of us not too used being treated so good. Where ever we went out for food, they'll really served you. Even when you wanted to add on rice which is on the table itself, the waiter will not let you do it on your own. At guesthouse, the caretaker, will let us know when food are ready and he will wait till we finish and then serve us dessert. He will just sit in the kitchen whenever we are eating or at home. Both of us really feels bad.

The Briyani really Nice!!

As for the car driver who drove us everyday to work, will wait us outside till we finish work. They sent us to work in the morning and waited till very late at night to drive us back. Again we felt bad. Haih .. maybe we are borned to be Fan Jin maybe ...Looking at this, yah we do have life like a King.

Dinner at Yoko Sizzler before Sun Lei leave India the next day ..

But indeed NO. The whole team really work our ass out. Everyday came home with a tired face. But still every night when we are having dinner, i'll talk some non-sense and some "Adult Talk" to make all of us laugh. I believe this release stress. ha ha ... Indeed we all just keep our sadness to our own.. 'San Fu Chi Kei Chi' (Cantonese) ... UC, you should treat us better ... hahahaha ...
